MMU 2008 crosstable results
FM Nicholas Chan scores a perfect 7/7 in the recent MMU International Open in Melaka.
He beat Lee Kah Choon, Mohd Shafiq, Ahmad Fadzil Nayan, Abdullah Che Hassan, Mohd Saprin, Sumant Subramaniam and Ian Udani to end up 1 full ppint ahead of his nearest rival.
Ian Udani who had a great start winning all his 6 games had to settle for 2nd place after losing to Nicholas in the last round. Sulaiman Johari who shared the same points as Ian had to settle for 3rd place as Ian had the better tie break. Here is the full results:-
