Colin Madhavan vs GilaChess(Black)

This is the final position of my game vs Colin Madhavan. Black just moved Bg7. My opening was NOT good at all but my strategy was to get as messy a position as possible and that would definitely be to my advantage as Colin has less than a minute to think whereas I have 15-20 minutes per move!

Black has more space and White seems to be ahead in development. But the last Queen check I think is a mistake as now the Queen is misplaced. Black pawns look overextended but they give Black more space. Still, the game is about equal I think but I prefer black. (just checked with Fritz 10 and it evaluates Black is slightly better -0.81)

I agreed to a draw because it was already 3 hours of play and we only made 12 moves. Also, Jax Tham told me he was leaving at 1pm and it was already 12.30. Besides, winning this game is not the objective. I’d rather take more pictures of the event :) Too bad my camera died and we only have handphone shots of it.
