Chess blog closing down
Sad to see chess blogs close. This one is maintained by an Australian who calls himself a patzer. He has been reducing his time on chess from 10 hours a week to 6 hours to week. Looks like now it’s going to be zero hours a week

There will be many IMs and GMs taking part in DATMO so this time, I hope, I will have the courage to set up some short interview with them.

At least as far as online coverage is concerned. I will be giving this 100% more effort compared to the past DATMOs as this will be the 5th and last Malaysian Open.

WiFry Antenna works !
I went to the Curve to look for the “WiFry” antenna to boost my notebook’s WiFi signals.
Found a few nice ones in IKEA and Ace Hardware store but they were too expensive at RM 15- RM 30 each.
Finally found one at TESCO for only RM 3.
