My sleep schedule is supposed to be 10am – 2pm – 6pm – 10 pm and 2 am.
Hard to follow that schedule during the rapid team event since I to anxious in following GilaChess team progress. Even though we didn’t finish as prize winners but we performed well enough losing only 2 rounds out of 9. The team members also worked well together and had fun.

Working on the website in the Lobby cafeteria while having breakfast. I think that will be my first stop in the morning. The lobby dining area opens at 6am so I can work with my notebook using the Airzed WiFi there till 8am.
It’ll be very challenging today to see if we can complete the bulletin as there is a record 116 number of players including 9 GMs. We are doing the bulletins for both DATMO as well as the AmBank event.

I was in the player’s meeting tonight and was shocked to find out that last year’s champion Li Chao plane caught fire. That is the reason he is not present at the player’s meeting. Thankfully he was not on the plane and is taking the next plane. That would mean he will arrive later but provisions are being made so that he will be paired with another player that will also be arriving late.
