Dell notebook replacement
Temporary replacement that is. I’ll probably need to get a removable harddisk to backup my data before formatting the virus laden hard disk. In the meantime the timing was just right when I could borrow my sister’s notebook as it will not be needed for at least a month.
I forgot that I have an old iPod that can act as a 40Gb harddisk. But checking the contents, it has a copy of my backup data done several months back. I’ll back that up and probably use that to rescue my Dell later.
In the meantime I really like the Sony’s bigger 15" screen which is also looks sharper and brighter than the Dell. Also this means I’m online again !!
