I didn’t get any details from the organisers of the Terengganu Open and I thought they did not want to publicise the event via GilaChess.com. Anyway I found the email from Encik Arshad dated 11 November in an email account I rarely use (andrewooi at yahoo). GilaChess (at) gmail and yahoo are two email accounts that I check regularly.
Anyway, sorry Arshad, for posting this late. But here it is…
