Tournament organisers who want their event publicised usually send information about the event to me via email.
Catching up on local events, I searched my email but I didn’t receive details on the Terengganu Open which is the first rated event ever held in Terengganu from Encik Arshad.
Anyway, you can find the details somewhere on his blog, There is also a direct link from GilaChess.com to his blog.
