This type of problem is too simple as the obvious theme is back-row mate.Any move that disrupts BQ from guarding the back-rank is a candidate move.
Well, now I can see Rd1 is a bad move since the white Queen have to take the bishop to avoid E1#.
The lesson is, don’t move untill you see it. Hehe
