Frankly I don’t know where the man gets his energy from. He attends the Chess Olympiad, trains chess coaches, organizes chess tournaments and then goes and play in a serious team chess championship?

A Mighty Wind movie I just assumed that since the netbooks are new, their CPUs should also be dual core. It’ll be a little disappointing if it cannot “go deep” and take advantage of features from Deep Fritz or Deep Rybka.

For every chess engine such as Fritz and Rybka there are the ‘normal’ versions and the deep Southland Tales divx versions.
The latest now is now a Deep Fritz 11
and Deep Rybka 3. Is the deep version any better? They are designed for multi processors though. Simply stated a multi processor computer is one that have more than one processor in them. Usually these are specialised machine that have motherboards with more than one CPU slot. (read expensive!)
So will Deep Fritz or Deep Rybka be more powerful and run faster on today’s dual core notebook or PC?
