White’s winning move is Bxf6+. That’s my opinion.

Bxf6 will still probably win. But best move is clearly Re8.
1. Re8 Qxe8 (moving Queen to anywhere else is mate in one Qxf6++)
2. Qxf6+ Kg8
3. Bh6 Qf7
4. Qd8+
