King’s Gambit as a viable weapon
My main opening as White against 1. e4 e5 is the Vienna (2. Nc3 and 3. f4) so it’s natural for me to look at the King’s Gambit too. Even though I don’t have a book on the Vienna or King’s Gambit, today, with chess videos and databases it’s easy for me to start learning about the main lines for the King’s Gambit.
Here’s an example King’s Gambit in Grandmaster play. No lesser than V. Anand fell to the dangerous King’s gambit :-
